Who We Are

Astronix is a website design and management business run by one person, based in England. This policy explains what personal information we collect through astronix.me and while working with clients, and how it's used. Questions can be sent to peter@astronix.me.

Information We Collect

• Enquiries and demo requests: if you submit the demo request form or book a call through Cal.com, we collect what you provide, e.g. name, email, business name, and website URL.
• Client information: if you become a client, we collect the business, contact, and content information needed to build and manage your site.
• Outreach contacts: if you've received an email from us, your business contact details were sourced from publicly available business listings or B2B contact tools, used to reach out about our services. You can ask to be removed from our contact list anytime by emailing peter@astronix.me or replying "unsubscribe."

We do not use cookies or website tracking technology on this site.

How We Use It

• To respond to enquiries and demo requests.
• To build and manage your website if you become a client.
• To communicate with you about our services.

Payment Information

We do not store your card details. Payment is processed securely by [FILL IN: your payment processor, once set up].

Data Sharing

We share information only with the service providers needed to run Astronix, currently our website host and Cal.com for booking. We do not sell your information. We'll disclose information if required by law.

Data Retention

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you. We keep client information for as long as you're an active client, plus a reasonable period after for accounting and legal purposes.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to how it's used. To exercise any of these, email peter@astronix.me. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been mishandled.

Security

Data submitted through this site is transmitted securely over HTTPS. As a small, one-person business, we take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us appropriate to our size.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date.
